- Youtube videos
- Music tracks
- Live theater
As long as the sounds are synchronous (ie: synchronized to picture/to the project) and the sounds themselves are not being made available for download/resale/redistribution. The project the sounds are used in can be sold/monetized as long as the sounds themselves are not.
