We know how frustrating it can be when you've just purchased a library and are having problems getting access to it. Thank you for your patience, and please know that if you're on a tight deadline and trying to get immediate access to your sounds, you can always access, search and download your purchased sounds via our SoundQ desktop app, or the by logging into your account on the prosoundeffects.com website.
