Download Manager won't download/download is frozen.

How to address library download issues in Download Manager (DLM).

First, try lowering your bandwidth slider. You can find it here:

  • Settings (gear icon in top right corner) > Bandwidth Slider > Less

If this doesn't solve your issue, please submit a support ticket and attach your .log file – you can find it here:

  • PSE Download Manager dropdown > Open Log Directory > "download-manager-events.log"

In the meantime, you can download your purchased sounds via a SoundQ Free account. Sign up using the same email you used to purchase your library.
