Changing your password

There are two ways to change your password,

Option 1:

1) Visit https://www.prosoundeffects.com/login

2) Enter your email address

3) Once the system has verified that we have an account attached to that email address, it will bring up a screen where you can enter your existing password. Instead of doing this, just click "Forgot password' above the password field.

4) This will trigger a confirmation email and walk you through the steps to setup a new password.

Option 2:

1) Log into your account and navigate to the Settings section in your dashboard.

2) Look for the option labeled "Change Password". This will trigger a confirmation number to be sent to you email address.
