Where to download full libraries and/or individual sounds.
Library purchases
If you purchased a full library from shop.prosoundeffects.com, you can download your sounds in two places:
- Download Manager app – download your purchased libraries in full, all at once.
- Create an account using the email address you made your purchase with, and it should sync to your account.
- SoundQ – download individual sounds from your purchased libraries.
- Create an account using the email address you made your purchase with, and it should sync to your account.
Individual sound purchases
If you purchased individual sounds, where you download them depends on what part of our site you made your purchase (Online Library, Web App, or SoundQ).
Online Library (download.prosoundeffects.com)
If you purchased your sounds on the Online Library (our older platform – the URL is download.prosoundeffects.com):
- Download your purchased sounds on the My Licenses tab on your account.
- Account icon (top right corner) > Dashboard > My Licenses
- Account icon (top right corner) > Dashboard > My Licenses
Web App (app.prosoundeffects.com)
If you purchased your sounds on the Web App (our newer platform – the URL is app.prosoundeffects.com):
- Download your purchased sounds on the My Sounds tab on your account.
- Account icon (top right corner) > My Account > My Sounds
*Note: Purchasing sounds in the Web App is a 2-step process. The first time you click the blue download button, you will be prompted to purchase a credit. Once you purchase the credit, you need to hit the blue download button again to use the credit on your desired sound.
SoundQ
If you purchased your sounds on SoundQ (our sound library software):
- Download your purchased sounds in the My Sounds Collection.
- Collections panel (left side) > Purchases > My Sounds
