Security prompt issue.
This error is usually caused by a security permission issue.
If the OS permission prompt for installing the Premiere Pro plugin was dismissed or denied during installation, SoundQ will not be able to detect Premiere Pro.
How to fix it:

Restart Premiere Pro and check if the issue is resolved.

If not, reinstall SoundQ and make sure to allow the Premiere Pro plugin install when prompted by the OS (click “Yes” or enter your password).
If the issue continues, contact support with your OS, SoundQ, and Premiere Pro versions.
